Authorized Organization Representative

Section 2060.230  Authorized Organization Representative a)         One person shall be designated by the organization as the authority for the management, control, and operation of all services relative to each license. This person is identified as the authorized organization representative and is the primary recipient of communication from DHS/SUPR relative to the issued license and is responsible for the dissemination of those communications across the organization. b)         The licensed organization shall notify DHS/SUPR, in writing, within 10 calendar days, of a new designation of the authorized organization representative, including their contact information: name, title, address, phone, and email address.
