Extension of Time

Section 790 TITLE 74: PUBLIC FINANCE CHAPTER VI: COURT OF CLAIMS PART 790 COURT OF CLAIMS REGULATIONS SECTION 790.190 EXTENSION OF TIME Section 790.190  Extension of Time Where a case has been assigned to a Commissioner, either party, upon notice to the other party, may make application to the Commissioner for an extension of time within which to file any pleadings, documents, abstracts or briefs. A party filing such a motion shall electronically submit a proposed order. In all other cases such application for extension of time shall be made to the Court.
