Administrative Law Judge's Report and Recommendations

Section 100.15  Administrative Law Judge's Report and Recommendations At the conclusion of a hearing at which the Director has not presided, the administrative law judge shall make a written report of the hearing, with his or her findings of fact and conclusions of law and his or her recommendations, if any, to the Director.
