Section 2070 Section 2070.2200  Depressants Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the substances listed in Sections 2070.2210 to 2070.2325 having a potential for abuse associated with a depressant effect on the central nervous system.
