Section 205.1310Â Plant and
Service Requirements
All ambulatory surgical
treatment centers are required to meet the following physical plant and service
requirements.
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â All proposed facilities shall meet these requirements before
licensure will be granted.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â All existing facilities that are not in compliance with this
Section, and subsequent Sections, shall come into compliance no later than May
17, 1984.
