Section 205.1640Â Drainage
Systems
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Building sewers shall discharge into a community sewage
system.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Where a community sewage system is not available, sewage and
liquid wastes shall be collected, treated and disposed of in a private
treatment system which must conform to local and State regulations.
