License Requirements

Section 2060.245  License Requirements a)         The license certificate is the property of DHS.  Licenses are nontransferable and the license certificate shall be returned if there is a change in ownership or management that requires a new license, if there is a change in location, or if the license is suspended, revoked, or modified. b)         The license issued by DHS/SUPR shall be displayed by the organization in a location that is visible to the public.
