Section 2070 Section 2070.1300  Stimulants Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material, compound, mixture, or preparation which contains any quantity of the substances listed in Sections 2070.1310 to 2070.1370 having a stimulant effect on the central nervous system.
