Information to Be Made Available to the Public by the Department

Section 295 Section 295.1030  Information to Be Made Available to the Public by the Department a)         Individuals may request information from the Department concerning an establishment by submitting a written request to the Department and paying reasonable copying fees for documents in excess of 20 pages.  Such information may include, but is not limited to: 1) Ownership, 2) Licensure status, 3) Frequency of complaints, 4) Disposition of substantiated complaints, and 5) Disciplinary actions. (Section 110(f) of the Act) b)         Other information shall be available from the Department through the Freedom of Information Act.
