Eligibility

Section 2085 Section 2085.15  Eligibility Hospitals and their pharmacies which have been registered and approved by the NCI and the DEA to use delta-9-THC in the treatment of cancer chemotherapy patients may be authorized by the Department to use delta-9-THC for such purposes in Illinois.  The authorization will be granted upon satisfactory completion of the Department authorization procedure.
