Section 220.2300Â Participant
Record Requirements
The licensee shall maintain
participant records that are accessible to the participant and to service
providers. Confidentiality of participants' medical records shall be ensured.Â
Records shall include, but are not limited to:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Medical records;
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Preadmission screening results;
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Participant initial and ongoing assessment results;
d)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Records pertaining to participants' property; and
e)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Individualized rehabilitation plan.
