Definitions

Section 2260.20  Definitions "Act" means the Illinois Family Case Management Act of 2005 [410 ILCS 212]. "Board" means the Maternal and Child Health Advisory Board. "Department" or "DHS" means the Illinois Department of Human Services. "Family Case Management Program" or "Program" means the program established under Section 15 of the Act. "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Department of Human Services. "Title V" means Title V of the Social Security Act (42 USC 701-713), the Maternal and Child Health Block Grant Program.
