Essential Support Persons
Section 295.2080Â
Essential Support Persons
An establishment
shall comply with the Essential Support Person Act. In the event of a conflict
between the provisions of the Essential Support Person Act and the activities
of daily living provisions in Section 75 of the Act, the activities of daily
living provisions in Section 75 of the Act shall control.
