Section 295.9030Â Furnishings
Furnishings, if provided by the
establishment, shall include, at a minimum:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A bed that is clean and in good repair;
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Adequate general and task lighting;
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Adjustable window covers that provide resident privacy; and
d)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A dresser or other storage space for clothing and personal
effects.
