Compliance With Local Government Ordinances

Section 3500 Section 3500.150  Compliance With Local Government Ordinances Programs shall comply with any applicable local government ordinances relative to the provision of BASSET services, if applicable, and shall indicate such compliance at the time of application for licensure.
