a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Physical and occupational therapy facilities are not required
in an ICF/DD of 16 or fewer beds.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A separate room for hair care and grooming needs is not
required in an ICF/DD of 16 or fewer beds.
