Therapeutic Diets

Section 370 Section 370.1430  Therapeutic Diets The facility shall prepare appropriate menus for any resident admitted to the facility for whom the physician has prescribed a therapeutic diet, using diet manuals acceptable to the Department.  Such menus shall be approved by either an attending physician or a dietitian.
