Administration
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Facilities for the physically handicapped (public, staff)
shall be provided in administration and public areas if these areas are located
within the facility.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Each facility shall provide sufficient space for clerical,
financial and managerial functions.
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Each facility shall provide a toilet room with a water closet
and a lavatory for staff and visitors.
