Dining Room, and Activity Room(s)
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â These rooms shall be so located that the room is not an
entrance vestibule from the out-of-doors, nor an obstruction to traffic in and
out of the facility.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Living Room
1)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide at least one (1) comfortably furnished living room on
each floor.
2)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The minimum floor space for a living room shall be eighty (80)
square feet. The living room shall have a total window area of at least
one-tenth (

) the floor area.
c)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide a dining room with sufficient area to properly and
comfortably seat the residents it serves.
d)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The combined area of the living, dining, and activity rooms
shall be not less than fifteen (15) square feet per resident bed.
