Educational Services

Section 390 Section 390.1110  Educational Services a)         The facility shall provide either directly or indirectly through arrangements with outside resources, educational programming to all residents. b)         The individual educational program for each resident shall meet those provisions of the School Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 122, pars. 1-1 et seq.) which are appropriate to meet the educational needs of that resident. c)         Each individual educational program shall be written and entered in the resident's record.
