Section 390.1920Â Kitchen
Equipment, Utensils, and Supplies
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Each facility shall provide an adequate number of dishes,
glassware, and silverware of a satisfactory type to serve all the residents in
the facility at each meal.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Each facility shall provide a sufficient supply of adaptive
food service equipment necessary to meet the need of each resident.
