Governing Board

Section 518 Section 518.1300  Governing Board a)         A governing authority or Governing Board, hereinafter called the Board, shall be responsible for the  organization, management, control and operation of the FEC, including appointment of the medical staff. b)         The organization, duties, responsibilities, and relationships of the Board shall be established by the owning or controlling hospital.  Copies shall be maintained by the facility for inspection and/or copying by the Department.
