Eligibility for Grants
Section 570.300Â Eligibility for Grants
To be eligible to receive a grant from the Fund, the
applicant shall:
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Be an
Illinois non-profit medical
research
entity with
facilities
located
in Illinois,
with its principal place of business located in Illinois, and
that conducts medical or clinical
research to find a
cure for spinal
cord injury paralysis;
and
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Demonstrate
that the moneys from the fund will be used to
conduct research
dedicated
to finding
a cure for spinal cord injury paralysis

the Act)
