Training Requirements for HIV Test Counseling

Section 691.1200  Training Requirements for HIV Test Counseling a)         HIV counseling and testing services must be administered by persons who have completed a course of training provided or approved by the Department. b)         Persons providing HIV counseling and testing services shall comply with the provisions of the AIDS Confidentiality Act.
