Denial of Personnel Application

Section 600 Section 600.330  Denial of Personnel Application a)         A local health department whose application for approval for an executive officer of a Certified or Provisionally Certified local health department has been denied shall have the right to request a hearing, pursuant to Section 600.510, contesting such denial. b)         Request for hearing pursuant to this Section shall be made in writing and shall contain a brief statement of the grounds upon which the request is made. c)         If a written hearing request is not received by the Department within 30 days after the receipt of the denial of application by the applicant, the right to a hearing is waived.
