Section 657 Section 657.40  Confidentiality of Records The Department of Public Health will keep all records confidential pursuant to federal law, Part 21 of Article VIII of the Code of Civil Procedure [735 ILCS 5/Art. VIII, Part 21], and Section 5 of the Illinois Health Statistics Act [410 ILCS 520/5].
