Health Examination Requirements

Section 665 Section 665.120  Health Examination Requirements a)         Health examinations for all public, private/independent and parochial school students in Illinois shall require a physical examination, in accordance with the timetable in Section 665.140, and protection from communicable disease.  Lead screening is required as part of the health examination, as specified in Section 665.140(f). b)         Eye examinations are required, as specified in Section 665.610. c)         Dental examinations are required, as specified in Section 665.410. d)         Vision and hearing screenings are required as specified in 77 Ill. Adm. Code 675 (Hearing Screening) and 77 Ill. Adm. Code 685 (Vision Screening).
