Section 690.1370  Documentation The Department or certified local health department shall keep a record of each person or group of persons subject to an isolation, quarantine, or closure order.  Each record shall, when applicable, consist of the isolation, quarantine, or closure order; any medical, laboratory, epidemiologic, or other information in support of the order; evidence submitted by the person under isolation, quarantine, or closure; written findings and recommendations of the Department or any certified local health department; and any summary notes of the hearing.
