Section 691.1200Â Training Requirements for HIV Test
Counseling
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â HIV
counseling and testing services must be administered by persons who have
completed a course of training provided or approved by the Department.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Persons
providing HIV counseling and testing services shall comply with the provisions
of the AIDS Confidentiality Act.
