Section 699.420  Test Result Disclosure Release of HIV test results shall be as described in 77 Ill. Adm. Code 697.140 (HIV/AIDS Confidentiality and Testing Code). Positive results from rapid HIV tests may be released in accordance with Section 697.100 of that Code.
