Distribution of Non-Salvageable Merchandise

Section 725 Section 725.60  Distribution of Non-Salvageable Merchandise Non-salvageable merchandise shall not be sold or distributed as food, alcoholic liquors, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics, but shall be disposed of in a landfill operated in compliance with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act, 35 Ill. Adm. Code:  Subtitle G, or a waste water treatment plant operated in compliance with the requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code:  Subtitle C, and any additional local requirements on disposal.
