Section 725 Section 725.80  Records Required Whenever articles of damaged foods, alcoholic liquors, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics from fires, floods, storms, train wrecks, manufacturer closeouts, or damaged from any other source whatsoever are received in a salvage warehouse or salvage warehouse store for damaged foods, alcoholic liquors, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics, a record shall be made identifying the articles of food, alcoholic liquors, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics, source of receipt, receipt date, wholesale distribution, and disposition date at the wholesale level.
