Section 785.240Â Rejected
Milk
a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A plant shall reject specific milk from a producer if it fails
to meet the requirements for sight and odor (Section 785.210), or if it is
classified No. 4 for sediment content, or if it fails to meet the provisions of
Section 785.290.
b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â All reject milk shall be identified with a reject tag.
