Desserts Retail Establishments
Frozen desserts retail
establishments including commissaries and depots, shall be exempt from the
provisions of Subparts B and C of this standard. However, such establishments
shall comply with the State of Illinois Food Service Sanitation 77 Illinois Administrative
Code 750.
