Prescription Use of Drug Products

Section 790 Section 790.160  Prescription Use of Drug Products Drug products included shall be primarily for prescription use outside of the inpatient institutional setting.  Excluded are nonprescription drugs, diagnostic aids, nutritional supplements and medical devices.
