Single Source Drug Products Exclusion

Section 790 Section 790.220  Single Source Drug Products Exclusion Single source drug products which are available only under a single brand name label shall be excluded.  Products which have a single source manufacturer, but which may be distributed under multiple labels are listed with a warning for pharmacists to ascertain that the product selected was produced by the approved manufacturer.
