Abandoned Wells

Section 800 Section 800.440  Abandoned Wells Potable water wells, borings, or monitoring wells which are abandoned shall be sealed in accordance with Section 920.120 of the Illinois Water Well Construction Code (77 Ill. Adm. Code 920).
