Playgrounds

Section 800 Section 800.960  Playgrounds Childrens' playgrounds and equipment in recreational areas shall not be located near highways, railroad tracks, bodies of water, abandoned wells, or cliffs.  All playground equipment shall be maintained in a safe condition (i.e., equipment which is incomplete, damaged, broken or rusted is considered unsafe).
