Re-examination Applications

Section 830 Section 830.130  Re-examination Applications Any applicant who takes and fails to pass the general standards examination and/or any sub-category examination as established under Subpart C, may apply for re-examination in the general standards or any sub-category failed by filing an application for re-examination on forms provided by the Department.  The completed application and required fee for re-examination (See Sections 9 and 22 of the Act) must be received by the Department no later than 15 days prior to the examination date.
