Lead Hazard Identification

Section 843.70  Lead Hazard Identification a)         All lead inspections shall be conducted by a Department-licensed Lead Inspector or Lead Risk Assessor in accordance with the Lead Poisoning Prevention Code. b)         All lead hazard identification or risk assessments shall be performed by a Department-licensed Lead Risk Assessor in accordance with the Lead Poisoning Prevention Code. c)         All final clearance evaluations shall be conducted by a Department-licensed Lead Inspector or Lead Risk Assessor in accordance with the Lead Poisoning Prevention Code.
