Fences

Section 860.340 Fences
Fences on individual lots, if
permitted by the manufactured home community owner and the local jurisdiction,
shall meet the following provisions:
a) Fences shall not exceed six feet in height. (Type A Violation)
b) Fences shall be sturdy and not present a safety hazard. (Type
A Violation)
