Section 860.390 Duplex Units
Duplex manufactured homes
located in a manufactured home community must have separate water, sewer and
electrical services for each resident and a one-hour, fire-rated assembly shall
separate the units. Sites with a duplex unit shall be considered as two sites
for licensure purposes. (Type A Violation)
