Approval of Closed Loop Well Third Party Organizations

Section 920.250 Approval  of Closed Loop Well Third Party Organizations a)         Approval of Third Party Organizations as Described in 920.220(c). The Department, with the advice of the Closed Loop Well Contractor's Advisory Board, shall make the decision to approve organizations dedicated to promoting top quality and safe closed loop installations. b) Requests for Approval.  When requesting approval, the entities shall submit the following information to the Department: 1)         The organization's mission statement; and 2)         Proof that the organization can meet the requirements of Section 920.240.
