Applicability

Section 930.5Â Applicability
The rules of this Part are
promulgated by the Illinois Department of Public Health to implement Section 9
of the Illinois Groundwater Protection Act [415 ILCS 55]. These rules apply to
private, semi-private and non-community public water systems obtaining water from
a surface source of water and not regulated by the Illinois Environmental
Protection Act or Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
