Section 935 Section 935.105  Communicable Disease Reporting The licensee shall report any known cases of suspected food poisoning or unusual prevalence of any illness in which fever, diarrhea, sore throat, vomiting or jaundice is a prominent symptom.  This information shall be reported by telephone within one business day to the local health department or the Illinois Department of Public Health, 217/782-5830. Section 690.100 of the Department's Control of Communicable Disease Code (77 Ill. Adm. Code 690) contains reporting requirements for diagnosed communicable diseases.  (A)
