Section 946.20  Debilitating Medical Conditions A qualifying patient shall be eligible to apply for a Medical Cannabis Patient Registry Identification Card for the use of medical cannabis for treating or alleviating the symptoms associated with having one or more debilitating medical conditions (see Section 946.10).
