Offer of Permanent Employment
Section 955.210Â Offer of Permanent Employment
a)
A
health care employer is not obligated to employ or offer permanent employment
to an applicant, or to retain an employee who is granted a waiver
.Â

b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The
health care employer shall develop policies concerning employment of
individuals who have been granted waivers.
