Contract Expiration

Section 970.80  Contract Expiration All projects shall end on the date specified in the grant agreement and shall not be extended or renewed.  A continuation application, as provided for in Sections 970.230(c) and 970.330(c), may result in a new grant agreement with a new expiration date.
