Section 1105 Section 1105.110  Parties a)         The party filing an unfair labor practice charge or election objection shall be designated the complainant. Any adverse party shall be designated the respondent. b)         Misnomer of a party shall not be grounds for dismissal; the name of any party may be corrected at any time.
