Section 1200 Section 1200.130ย  Rules of Evidence Considering the nature of the case and the representatives of the parties, the Administrative Law Judge will, insofar as practicable, apply the rules of evidence applicable in Illinois courts. ย The Administrative Law Judge may, upon proper objection, exclude evidence that is irrelevant, immaterial or unduly repetitious.ย  Evidence may be presented in the form of testimony, exhibits, or stipulations.ย  Testimonial evidence shall be taken only on oath or affirmation.
